Lifting-Door Counterweight Guide Set
Guides the counterweight and secures it to the chain. The plastic slide elements are inserted with positive locking in a Conduit Profile secured to the rear of the Lifting-Door Guide Profile.
Lifting-Door Counterweight
Provides the counterweight for the lifting door. You should always use two counterweights that correspond to the weight of the door. The length l of such a counterweight can be roughly calculated as follows:
l [mm] = m x 26 [mm/kg] - 11 [mm]
Mass m [kg]: Weight of the lifting door
Support Profile 80
Is screwed to the rear of the Lifting-Door Guide Profile. The counterweight runs inside this profile and a Conduit Profile 80x80 SE locks into position on top of the Support Profile to cover the counterweight.
Chain ½″
For connectingthe lifting door and counterweight. A lifting door must be suspended on two chains that are run via Chain Reverse Units.
Wall Profiles and Lid Profiles can be secured in position by means of Self-Tapping Screw St 4.2x9.5.
The Support Profiles must be provided with a bore ⌀ 3.5 mm in the marking groove for this purpose.
The screw connection creates a conductive bond between the conduit elements.
Lifting-door system with circulating chain
A special design for ensuring precise movement of lifting door and counterweight.
The motor can drive the lifting door at any Chain Reverse Unit.
Where motors are fitted with brakes, a counterweight is not needed.
