Description

Castors D100 are designed for medium-duty industrial use, e.g. on material trolleys and drawer cabinets.
The Castors have good rolling properties and a high load-carrying capacity and are able to withstand most environmental influences.
Antistatic Castors can also be supplied specifically for use in the electronics sector. They have appropriate tyres and a continuously conductive wheel/casing. The discharge resistance of the antistatic version is 105 Ω.
The carrying capacities indicated are maximum values under ideal conditions, at walking pace (max. 4 km/h) and moving over a smooth, level surface.
If the floor is uneven or the weight is distributed unevenly, the load is calculated separately for each Castor using the following formula:
The castors can be secured in the end faces of all Profile Lines by means of a thread in the core bore (counter boring and tapping may be required) or by using Base Plates.
The castors can be fitted to the groove side of the profiles using appropriate Base Plates (thread lengths may need to be compensated by washers DIN 125). A combination with Floor-Fastening Plate 8 is also possible for specific applications.
The Castors can be secured to the end faces of profiles in all Lines using the thread in the core bore (the bore may need to be counter-bored and tapped) or by using Base Plates/Transport Plates (see Comprehensive Catalogue for MB Building Kit System, Section 2.3 Accessories for Floor Elements).
Castors can also be attached to the groove side of the profiles using suitable Base Plates/Transport Plates (over-long thread lengths may be compensated for using Washers DIN 125 if necessary). In addition, they can be combined with Floor-Fixing Plate 8 (see Comprehensive Catalogue for MB Building Kit System, Section 2.1 Adjustable Feet) for specific applications.
